Once an order has been delivered successfully, VrindaSeva does not accept returns for any reason.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following situations:

• Product received broken

• Product damaged during shipping

• Product received defective

Exchange Request Time Limit

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange

• Clear photos of the product

• Unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)
